• Managed institution-wide and specialized accreditation processes in a range of fields and a range of accreditors
   
• Developed articulated degree pathways and programs in hospitality and business with colleges in Korea and Japan
   
• Developed a Rainbow Degree Transfer Program with two universities in Japan
   
• Developed joint Master’s programs between universities in Indonesia, Korea, and the United States
   
• Initiated joint program in Architecture in China
   
• Developed 3 & 2 programs with a broad range of Chinese Universities in a variety of fields
   
• Involved in study abroad programs in China, India and Mongolia as well as student exchanges with universities in Thailand, Singapore, Korea, and Japan
   
• Developed MOUs among American government agency, an American university and the Ministries of Education in Vietnam and Indonesia
   
• Worked with faculty at Aarhus University developing a multicultural education curriculum to deal with immigration on assimilation issues in Denmark
   
• Worked with USAID, the Ministry of Education, and Addis Ababa University on developing a Master's program for teacher educators in Ethiopia
   
• Developed proposals for admission to international consortiums such as Asia Pacific Rim Universities (APRU)
   
• Worked with USAID on workforce and human capital development in the Hospitality and Tourism industry for Ceylon Hotel School (Sri Lanka) and the Polytechnic of Namibia
   
• Assisted with the planning and development of Thailand community colleges, in partnership with the Community Colleges for International Development (CCID) and the American Association for Community Colleges (AACC)
